Her remarkable achievements in entrepreneurship earned her recognition, including an award from the Times of India for her leadership in women's entrepreneurship.

Prior to joining JSP Group, Shasshank served as Business Head for a premium motorcycle brand, Sales Manager for a renowned American motorcycle brand, Senior Sales Consultant for a luxury German car brand, and Sales Consultant for a prestigious European car brand.

Sunder Rajan began his career at JSP BMW Motorrad in 2018 as a General Manager. With his extensive experience and effective team leadership, they achieved top rankings in Core CC sales in South India.

Before joining JSP Group, Sunder served as General Manager for two well-known motorcycle brands. His prior roles include Sales Manager & Chapter Manager for a prominent American motorcycle brand, Sales Manager for a luxury German car brand, Deputy Sales Manager for premium German automobile brands, and CBU Sales for a leading European car manufacturer.

Pankaj joined JSP Group in 2018 as an Auditor and later earned a promotion to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing financial operations, payable management, banking, legal draft vetting, and due diligence ensuring the organization’s financial stability.

Before joining JSP Group, Pankaj served as the Head of Accounts at a leading electronics company, where he was responsible for managing financial operations, accounting practices, and audits.

Ajay Kumar started his career at JSP Honda in 2020 as an Accounts Manager. Due to his performance and expertise, he was later promoted to General Manager (GM) Accounts.

Prior to joining JSP Group, Ajay served as the Head of Accounts for a well-known automobile brand, where he was responsible for overseeing financial operations, accounts, and taxation.

Before joining JSP Group, Rahul worked as Sales Manager at Harley Davidson. Prior to that, he served as Sales Manager at India Motorcycles, and before that, he worked as Service Engineer at Kawasaki.

Before joining JSP Group, Sunil worked as Service Manager for a prestigious Italian motorcycle brand. Prior to that, he served as Service Manager for another well-known Italian motorcycle brand and as Service Manager for a leading Japanese motorcycle brand.

Before joining JSP Group, Phaneendra worked as Service Head at a renowned automobile brand. Prior to that, he successfully ran his own bike workshop in partnership with a leading lubricant company.

Prasad joined JSP Group in 2019 as a Digital Marketing professional and later advanced to the role of Digital & Marketing Manager for the Group. In his current position, he is responsible for media marketing, as well as developing and analyzing reports and dashboards to track marketing performance.

Before joining JSP Group, Prasad worked as a BI Developer at Akira Consultancy in Bangalore, where he contributed to business intelligence initiatives and data analysis.
