She later expanded her ventures by opening a South Indian restaurant. A dedicated philanthropist, Keerthi ventured into politics to advocate for women's empowerment and inspire others. Her remarkable achievements in entrepreneurship earned her recognition, including an award from the Times of India for her leadership in women's entrepreneurship.

Shasshank Raghav began his career at JSP BMW Motorrad in 2022 as a General Manager. Under his leadership and with his team's efforts, they were awarded the BMW Motorrad Dealer of the Year 2023 at BMW Excellence - 2024.

Prior to joining JSP Group, Shasshank served as Business Head for a premium motorcycle brand, Sales Manager for a renowned American motorcycle brand, Senior Sales Consultant for a luxury German car brand, and Sales Consultant for a prestigious European car brand.

Sunder Rajan began his career at JSP BMW Motorrad in 2018 as a General Manager. With his extensive experience and effective team leadership, they achieved top rankings in Core CC sales in South India.

Before joining JSP Group, Sunder served as General Manager for two well-known motorcycle brands. His prior roles include Sales Manager & Chapter Manager for a prominent American motorcycle brand, Sales Manager for a luxury German car brand, Deputy Sales Manager for premium German automobile brands, and CBU Sales for a leading European car manufacturer.

Pankaj joined JSP Group in 2018 as an Auditor and later earned a promotion to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing financial operations, payable management, banking, legal draft vetting, and due diligence ensuring the organization’s financial stability.

Before joining JSP Group, Pankaj served as the Head of Accounts at a leading electronics company, where he was responsible for managing financial operations, accounting practices, and audits.

Dev Senapati started his career at JSP Hyundai in 2023 as Chief Executive Officer. With his experience and guidance, the team has achieved significant milestones including the highest ever in sales and service performance, winning the Verna Champion of the Year and taken digital sales to the highest penetration in the south region.

Before joining JSP Group, Dev served as Business Head for a prominent French automobile brand, Assistant General Manager (AGM) Sales for a leading Indian automobile brand, and Sales Manager for a well-known South Korean automobile brand.

Rahul began his career at JSP BMW Motorrad in 2022 as Sales Manager and was recently awarded for Best Sales Performance at the BMW Motorrad Excellence Awards.

Before joining JSP Group, Rahul worked as Sales Manager at Harley Davidson. Prior to that, he served as Sales Manager at India Motorcycles, and before that, he worked as Service Engineer at Kawasaki.

Before joining JSP Group, Sunil worked as Service Manager for a prestigious Italian motorcycle brand. Prior to that, he served as Service Manager for another well-known Italian motorcycle brand and as Service Manager for a leading Japanese motorcycle brand.

Shoban began his career at JSP Honda in 2007 as a Sales Consultant. His innovative ideas and strategic approach led to successive promotions—first to Team Leader, then to Sales Manager, and now, as General Manager (GM) Sales, he oversees sales operations for JSP Honda.

Before joining JSP Group, Phaneendra worked as Service Head at a renowned automobile brand. Prior to that, he successfully ran his own bike workshop in partnership with a leading lubricant company.

Before joining JSP Group, Naveen served as Sales Manager at a leading automobile brand, Network Manager at another well-known automobile company, and Area Manager in the food industry.

Prasad joined JSP Group in 2019 as a Digital Marketing professional and later advanced to the role of Digital & Marketing Manager for the Group. In his current position, he is responsible for media marketing, as well as developing and analyzing reports and dashboards to track marketing performance.

Before joining JSP Group, Prasad worked as a BI Developer at Akira Consultancy in Bangalore, where he contributed to business intelligence initiatives and data analysis.
